The team is professional, accommodating and exudes warm energy that makes you feel comfortable immediately. Our room was overall spacious with comfortable 2 queens beds. Be aware that the AC unit can be quite strong and finicky. The bathroom was a bit disappointing in size and functionality. Our shower was also disappointingly not clean with strands of hair and a clogged showerhead that created a bit of a pool on the floor. Despite this, the restaurant offers tasty dishes and the bar creates solid drinks for the entire family. The pool area is great for families with kids and allows everyone to transition in depth easily. The deepest part of the pool boasts an infinity edge which allows you to enjoy a gorgeous view of the ocean. For those who enjoy water activities, the resort offers a great selection ranging from fishing to jet skiing that will keep everyone busy.

We like that the entrance to the Premier Suite was quite private, and the location of the suite was ideal, as we didn’t have to walk too far to get to the pool, nor to the elevator that takes you to other amenities around the resort. Waking up to the view of the sea, with the sounds of the waves crashing and the birds chirping was something we looked forward to. In addition, being able to book a massage in-room was very convenient and enjoyable

We have enjoyed our stay and we initially booked a room that is far from the pool and beach area, so we asked for a room upgrade and they happily obliged - it was not free just to be clear, but they were able to accomodate our request and allowed us to check in an hour early. We enjoyed the food as well and they can also store reheat your left overs plus points for decreasing food wastage. It was quiet and you can really rest and relax well. The room was spacious and clean.

Staff were all very helpful from the ones who assisted us with our bags, and those at the dining area, and the ones who guided us for the water activities. They were strict about policy but were polite about it. They make things easy for us to follow and do, and were very accommodating to my parents' many requests. The facilities were also excellent and the interiors are beautiful. We also enjoyed the food very much.
